Refund policy

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from our e-commerce store. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help.

Returns: You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in new and unused condition. If it meets these conditions, we will process a refund for the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling costs.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
